Mohammad Nadim is the Founder and Managing Director of Urban Craft Real Estate LLC – S.P.C. His professional career spans more than two decades in banking and financial services, covering credit and underwriting, investment advisory, sales management and client servicing.
That financial foundation is the basis of Urban Craft's approach to real estate. Rather than assessing a property on its headline yield or location alone, Nadim evaluates each opportunity through its underlying numbers — cash flow, risk, commercial viability and long-term investment case.
He works with clients and investors across residential and commercial real estate, income-generating assets, development opportunities and selected private transactions throughout the UAE and GCC.
